Procurement Specialist

The Role

• Own the end-to-end procurement and third-party risk management (TPRM) operations.

• Manage the vendor lifecycle from intake through close-out using a dedicated platform.

• Monitor contract renewals, track vendor records, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Facilitate vendor due diligence, including reviewing contracts and gathering necessary documentation.

• Drive the approval process by coordinating with internal stakeholders and securing necessary sign-offs.

• Partner cross-functionally with Legal, InfoSec, Compliance, Finance, and business teams.

What You'll Need

• 1-3 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, sourcing, or a related operations role.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent requests and deadlines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive approach to follow-ups.

• Proficiency with spreadsheets and experience with procurement/vendor management platforms is a plus.

• A self-starter mentality with the ability to drive processes independently.

• Sharp attention to detail in contract terms, vendor documentation, and record-keeping.
