Procurement Specialist-间接采购

What You’ll Be Doing

1.Procurement operations management:Provide daily procurement operation service in dedicated areas (countries, categories) in line with relevant processes and procedures, and contribute to team goals described in KPIs.

2.Compliance:Ensure compliance throughout indirect procurement operations in dedicated areas - influence end-users into compliance, always keeping the 'user-easiness' and 'user-friendliness' in mind.

3.Catalog management:Actively identify areas for catalog coverage extension, cooperatate with relevant stakeholders on catalogs implementation as well as effectively engage of end users to ensure increasing of usage.

4.Category management:Ensure use of Danfoss Star, Grow and Evlaluate suppliers in accordance to Supplier Portfolio Strategy; feedback on Category Strategy, Vendor base, Vendor performance; run projects within dedicated buying category as per agreement with the business strategy.

5.Systems expertise:Understand procurement systems and processes in-depth; have expertise to efficently handle procurement operation service; give excellent service to end users with day-to-day system and operation guidance.

6.Continuous improvement:In close cooperation with Focus Area act as a trainer for other team members; provide regular trainings to end users to enhance their capabilities and accountability for high quality input and compliance.

7.Performance Improvement:Drive and ensure self-development in procurement processes, tools, trends & strategies (internally and externally); prvide input to team discussions on synergies & improvement opportunities and implemented if relevant.

8.Stakeholder Management:Stakeholder engagement, Build and keep a tight and positive connection with relevant stakeholders e.g. within regions, GS-P Focus Area, CM from GS & other functions within regions, vendors, etc.

What We're Looking For

1.Bachelor’s degree or above.

2.2-3 years of procurement experience, preferably in indirect procurement.

3.Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

4.Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

5.High level of integrity, initiative, teamwork, and customer-oriented mindset.

6.Proficient in SAP and procurement-related systems.
