Job Overview

Balto Plastic Surgery is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to support purchasing and supply coordination for its plastic surgery practice. The role focuses on tracking supply needs, maintaining purchasing records, communicating with approved vendors, and helping ensure that authorized clinical and administrative supplies are available when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with purchasing requests and supply orders.
• Maintain procurement records and order documentation.
• Communicate with approved vendors regarding pricing, availability, and delivery.
• Track orders and follow up on delayed shipments.
• Update inventory and purchasing spreadsheets.
• Coordinate with authorized clinic staff to confirm supply requirements.
• Follow company purchasing, confidentiality, and approval procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Basic computer, data-entry, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Previous procurement or administrative experience is helpful but not required.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable remote workspace.

Schedule & Benefits

• Full-Time: Approximately 40 hours per week.
• Part-Time: Approximately 20–30 hours per week.
