Job Title: Procurement Quotes Specialist
Location: Hybrid – Remote & Office-Based
Purpose
To support the sales process through accurate, timely, and commercially aligned quote creation.
Scope
- Ownership of quote generation process
- Alignment with Sales, Vendor, and Supplier teams
- Responsibility for pricing accuracy and turnaround
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage customer quotes in line with pricing frameworks
- Ensure pricing accuracy and margin alignment
- Coordinate with Vendor and Supplier teams for pricing inputs
- Manage quote approvals and documentation
- Meet defined SLA turnaround targets
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Key KPIs
- Quote turnaround time
- Quote accuracy (>99%)
- Margin adherence
- Quote volume processed
