Responsibilities

Sourcing: Source materials effectively via online channels and industry networks; familiar with procurement terminology.

Material & Lead Time Management: Master component specifications; strictly manage Purchase Order (PO) requirements and delivery lead times.

Cost Reduction: Monitor market pricing and drive cost savings through competitive bidding and negotiation.

End-to-End Execution: Manage the full purchasing cycle, including RFQ, price negotiation, PO creation, order tracking, and ensuring on-time delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above.

Proficient in English.

Experience in the electronic components distribution industry is highly preferred.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and ERP systems.

Familiar with procurement workflows with a strong mindset for cost control.

Strong negotiation, communication, and cost management skills.

Proactive, responsible, and team-oriented.
