Procurement Specialist

Location: Carnival Infopark, Kakkanad

Experience: Minimum 4-6 Years of experience in procurement.

Shift timing: 10 am to 7 pm (Mon- Fri)

Key Responsibilities:

· RFQ Processing: Analyze customer RFQs, identify product requirements, and issue requests to suppliers to gather necessary pricing and technical data.

· Quote Package (QP) Development: Prepare accurate costing and technical data sheets, incorporating feedback from the Key Account team and Team Lead prior to submission.

· Negotiation: Evaluate supplier proposals, negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to maximize value while ensuring quality.

· Logistics Planning: Analyze transport feasibility, calculate freight costs based on dimensions/destination, and select the optimal mode of shipment.

· Global Sourcing Compliance: Navigate international trade requirements, including understanding applicable tax laws and duties in various sourcing countries.

· Profitability & Savings: Ensure project-wise profitability targets are met and actively drive cost savings against the budget after contract award.

· Supplier Management: Monitor vendor performance, conduct regular assessments, and manage the onboarding of new suppliers.

· Operational Efficiency: Ensure timely delivery of goods, strictly adhere to Sourcing SOPs, and contribute to the improvement of procurement policies.

• Market Knowledge: Solid understanding of international market sources and procurement basics. Especially for IT & electronic related items sourcing.
• Communication: Fluent in spoken and written English with the ability to negotiate and build professional relationships with suppliers.
• Work Ethic: Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work effectively under minimal supervision.
• Organization: Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work accurately under pressure.
• Attention to Detail: Thorough and organized approach to data management, ensuring high-quality output and accuracy in costing/reporting.
• Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive commercial data and internal information with strict confidentiality.
• Teamwork: A flexible team player who collaborates well with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Pay: Up to ₹55,000.00 per month
