Procurement Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Review architectural and interior design drawings, schedules, and specifications to identify procurement requirements.
• Source, evaluate, and recommend suppliers for owner-supplied materials (OSM).
• Review supplier quotations, technical data sheets, samples, and shop drawings for compliance with project requirements prior to endorsement for approval.
• Prepare quotation comparisons and procurement recommendations for review by the Senior Architect.
• Coordinate with the Senior Architect regarding material selections, approvals, subsitutions, and design intent.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, delivery schedules, and commercial terms with suppliers.
• Prepare purchase requests, purchase orders, and other procurement documentation.
• Develop and maintain procurement trackers covering RFQs, quotations, purchase orders, approvals, lead times, shipping status, deliveries, and payment status.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project site personnel to ensure timely procurement and delivery of owner-supplied materials in accordance with project specifications and construction schedules.
• Monitor procurement progress and regularly report procurement status, lead times, potential risks, and critical issues to the project team.
• Verify that delivered materials comply with approved specifications, quantities, and quality standards, and coordinate replacement or corrective action for non-compliant deliveries.
• Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and project documentation.
• Assist in monitoring procurement budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Support the design team in architectural and interior design tasks, including design development, detailing, preparation of drawings, material research, and project coordination, as required.

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
