Meeting agreed upon deadlines, quality of work, taking initiative, eagerness to learn
Top 3 Must-Have HARD Skills & years of experience for each:
Procurement: purchase order management, RFQ/RFP execution, cost analysis
Microsoft Tools: Word, Excel, etc.
Data analysis: Power BI
