Procurement Specialist

Immediate availability and current residence in Riyadh are mandatory requirements.

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to manage and execute local and international purchasing operations, deal with suppliers, negotiate prices and commercial terms, and ensure the timely supply of required materials and services under the best possible terms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage local and international procurement processes, from requesting quotations to delivery and receipt of goods.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop long-term relationships with suppliers.
• Request and compare quotations and negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery conditions.
• Follow up on purchase orders, shipments, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with internal departments to identify purchasing requirements and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Manage and review purchase orders, invoices, and procurement-related documentation.
• Monitor supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, and delivery commitments.
• Negotiate with local and international suppliers to secure the best commercial terms.
• Follow up on purchasing, import, and shipping activities and coordinate with relevant parties.
• Continuously identify new suppliers, alternative sources, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare procurement reports and track order status and purchasing costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2–6 years of practical experience in procurement.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Full proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent organizational, follow-up, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple suppliers and purchase orders simultaneously.
• Experience with ERP systems, particularly Odoo, is an added advantage.

Pay: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per month
