Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for raw materials, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality supply to support business operations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international suppliers while identifying new sourcing opportunities.
• Lead strategic sourcing, supplier evaluation, qualification, and performance management to ensure long-term supply stability.
• Conduct commercial negotiations on pricing, contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve the best business value.
• Monitor commodity market trends, analyze pricing movements, and develop procurement strategies to optimize costs.
• Coordinate closely with Production, R&D, Quality, Engineering, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure procurement requirements are fulfilled.
• Manage procurement documentation, purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements in compliance with company policies.
• Support import/export procurement activities, including coordination with overseas suppliers and logistics partners.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks while ensuring business continuity through effective supplier management.
• Continuously improve procurement processes, supplier performance, and cost-saving initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Chemistry, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in raw material procurement, strategic sourcing, or supplier management.
• Proven experience in procuring chemical raw materials such as Iron Phosphate, Phosphoric Acid, Hydrogen Peroxide, Iron Source, or similar chemical commodities.
• Experience in Iron Phosphate or LFP (Lithium Iron Phosphate) manufacturing/projects will be a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, strategic sourcing, supplier development, contract management, and commercial negotiation.
• Familiar with commodity market analysis, cost optimization, and supply chain risk management.
• Experience in international procurement, import/export activities, and global supplier management is preferred.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural environments.
• Willing to be based in Batang, Central Java.
