Procurement Specialist (Marunda based)

• Locate vendors of materials, equipment or supplies, and interview them in order to determine product availability and terms of sales.
• Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for project supplies and equipment.
• Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy.
• Maintain and monitor deliverance of goods ordered and shipment.
• Participate in the development of specifications for project equipment, products or substitute materials.
• Represent companies in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in any field.
• At least 3-5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Experienced in MRO, Packaging, or General Services purchase.
• Able to operate SAP Ariba.
• Willing to be placed in Marunda, North Jakarta
