What they need
Procurement Specialist | Up till $3500 basic + Variable Bonus
- Working location: Yishun Industrial Street
- Working Days/Timings: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
Responsibilities:
- Prepare & Submit Weekly Inventory Report & Forecast to MD
- Coordinate with forwarder, track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain updated records of purchased product, delivery information and invoices
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
- Manage store transfer and stock adjustment effectively upon request
- Other Ad Hoc projects or responsibilities as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum O level, Diploma or Degree in any discipline, Supply Chain Management would be an added advantage
- Minimum 2 years’ procurement or logistics experience Service or Order Fulfilment with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial level
- Experienced in WMS, SCM and planning skills
