Procurement Specialist / Up till $3500 basic + VB

• Up till $3500 basic + Variable Bonus (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)

• Location: Yishun

• Working Days/Timings: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities:

• Prepare & Submit Weekly Inventory Report & Forecast to MD
• Coordinate with forwarder, track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain updated records of purchased product, delivery information and invoices
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
• Manage store transfer and stock adjustment effectively upon request
• Other Ad Hoc projects or responsibilities as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum O level, Diploma or Degree in any discipline, Supply Chain Management would be an added advantage
• Minimum 2 years’ procurement or logistics experience Service or Order Fulfilment with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial level
• Experienced in WMS, SCM and planning skills
