What is your new role:

• managing a database of partners for supply and logistics of products, materials and electronic components or our manufacturing and offices.
• tracking suppliers' performance and regularly conducting competitive analysis for cost, capacity, delivery, and quality performance.
• exploring, evaluating and recommending new suppliers , based on best options in terms of variety, interchangeability, cost and time effectiveness.
• being savvy to plan and organize the smartest orders and shipments of electronic components and manufacturing materials, considering suppliers' offers for interchangeable components, competitive prices, time for delivery and overall cost.
• constantly tracking the inventory and planning future purchases, based on available quantities, sales data and forecasts.
• making purchases according to pre-defined needs, manage and follow-up the whole process up to delivery.
• creating and maintaining file records of purchase, shipment and customs documents for import/export and sharing with other stakeholders.
• daily creation, submission, and progress management of the purchase orders in the company’s ERP system.

What it takes:

• 3+ years of experience in purchasing and procurement of electronic components.
• Bachelor's in the fields of Electronics, Economics or Transport and Logistics.
• fluent written and spoken English.
• proactive, persistent, result and cost-efficiency oriented mindset is a must.
• analytical approach and willingness to challenge any downsides to improve the efficiency is also a must.
• focus on building as efficient a network of partners as possible and eagerly working on maintaining and further strengthening your partnerships.
• previous experience is a strong plus.
• being committed to working from our office to achieve best results, through efficiency, direct communication and good relationships with colleagues.
