Procurement Sr Executive (Solar)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Procurement Executive to manage end-to-end procurement activities for solar projects, ensuring timely availability of quality materials at competitive costs.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of solar modules, inverters, cables, structures, electrical equipment, and project materials.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
• Float enquiries, compare quotations, negotiate prices, and issue purchase orders.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials as per project schedules.
• Coordinate with Project, Engineering, Stores, and Finance teams for procurement requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships and vendor database.
• Monitor purchase orders, material quality, delivery schedules, and commercial terms.
• Maintain proper procurement records, MIS, and documentation.
