About the role

We are seeking a Procurement Staff to join our team at our Cikupa Banten facility. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in supporting our procurement and inventory management operations. As Procurement Staff, you will be responsible for assisting in the sourcing, purchasing and management of materials and supplies that are essential to our manufacturing and logistics operations. This position is integral to ensuring the smooth flow of our supply chain and contributes directly to the operational efficiency and cost management objectives of PT Forisa Nusapersada.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement cycle for Spare Parts, including requisition, sourcing, purchasing and delivery coordination
• Assist in identifying, evaluating and selecting suppliers based on quality, cost and delivery criteria
• Process purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement documentation
• Communicate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules, specifications and any issues that arise
• Prepare and maintain procurement reports and records
• Support the procurement team in conducting price comparisons and market research
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
• Support the implementation and maintenance of procurement systems and databases

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or related field is preferred
• Minimum 2 years' experience in procurement, sourcing or supply chain management, with specific experience in spare parts procurement or a manufacturing environment preferred ideally
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with procurement or inventory management software (SAP System)
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive supplier relationships
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, record-keeping and analyse data
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement
