- Collaborate with department heads to forecast demand based on clinic activities and seasonal trends.
- Establish minimum and maximum inventory thresholds to automate reordering and prevent stockouts.
- Conduct periodic audits to verify inventory accuracy and address discrepancies.
- Ensure medical supplies and equipment are stored according to manufacturer guidelines.
- Evaluate alternative suppliers to identify cost-efficient options without compromising quality.
