Job Description:
- Manage purchasing activities for direct materials based on production requirements
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers on price, quality, and delivery
- Create and monitor Purchase Orders (POs) until materials are received
- Follow up on delivery delays, shortages, and material quality issues
- Coordinate with PPIC, Warehouse, Production, and related departments
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain procurement data and documentation
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably Engineering, Management, Supply Chain, or related fields
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Procurement
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication, analytical, negotiation, and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
