About the role

Manage the procurement process for goods and services according to company and project needs. This role involves sourcing, evaluating, and selecting the best vendors and suppliers, conducting price, quality, and lead time analysis, and ensuring timely delivery of goods to meet project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the procurement process for goods and services according to company and project needs
• Search, evaluate, and select the best vendors/suppliers
• Conduct price, quality, and lead time comparison analysis
• Prepare and process purchasing documents such as PO, SO/WO, and related documents
• Negotiate prices and terms with vendors
• Ensure timely delivery of goods according to project needs
• Coordinate with Workshop and Logistics teams
• Manage local and import shipments (import handling)
• Prepare periodic procurement reports
• Maintain good relationships with vendors and seek alternative suppliers

About you

• Minimum D4/S1 education in Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Procurement Staff
• Experience in Oil & Gas Projects preferred
• Understanding of procurement and purchasing processes
• Familiarity with HS Code, Incoterms, and import/temporary export documents
• Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
• Good negotiation and analysis skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
