What they need
Key responsibilities
- Handle the purchasing process and ensure the procurement of goods meets business requirements
- Manage daily administrative activities related to purchasing, including Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO)
- Communicate and maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Monitor purchasing activities, orders, and delivery schedules
- Prepare and maintain purchasing documents and data reports
- Ensure purchasing processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time
Qualifications:
- Minimum Associate's Degree (D3) in Logistic, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or a related field
- Experience in import and export processes is a plus
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Able to work quickly and accurately in handling a high volume of purchasing activities
- Good communication, negotiation, time management, and analytical skills
