Procurement Staff

About the role

As a Procurement Staff at PT Kruger Ventilation Indonesia, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient procurement of goods and services to support our manufacturing and logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Identifying, evaluating and selecting suppliers to meet the company's procurement needs
• Negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships to achieve the best possible terms and conditions
• Preparing and processing purchase orders, invoices and other procurement-related documentation
• Maintaining accurate records of procurement activities and inventory levels
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand and anticipate procurement requirements
• Identifying opportunities to improve procurement processes and implement cost-saving measures
• Ensuring compliance with the company's procurement policies and procedures

About you

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business Administration
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a procurement or purchasing role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with suppliers
• Proficient in using procurement software and tools, such as ERP systems and inventory management systems
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
• A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Good understanding of supply chain processes, as well as relevant regulations and industry standards
