Procurement Staff

The Procurement Staff is responsible for supporting the hospital’s purchasing and supply operations by sourcing, evaluating, and purchasing medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, equipment, office supplies, and other goods and services needed for hospital operations. The position ensures that purchases are made on time, at appropriate quality and cost, and in accordance with hospital policies, procurement procedures, and applicable regulations.

Qualifications – Medical Records Staff

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
• Preferably with relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or inventory management. Hospital or healthcare experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with purchasing procedures, supplier sourcing, quotation comparison, inventory principles, and basic contract/vendor management.

Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
