Procurement Staff

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in construction procurement
• Experience in facade/construction industry is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in purchasing construction materials and supplier coordination
• Can canvass prices and negotiate with suppliers
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Willing to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks

Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase construction/facade materials
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors
• Prepare purchase orders and monitor deliveries
• Compare quotations and negotiate pricing
• Maintain procurement records and reports
• Ensure timely delivery of materials on site
