Procurement Staff

About the role

This role involves managing the procurement process for submarine cable, telecommunication, and vessel-related goods and services. You will handle purchase requests from initiation through delivery, including vendor selection, price negotiation, and order fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and register Purchase Requests (PR)
• Plan purchases or provision of goods and services
• Create standard procedures for goods or services
• Adjust specifications of goods or services according to company/user requirements
• Identify and evaluate vendors or suppliers
• Analyze and compare pricing from suppliers or vendors
• Negotiate price, delivery terms, and payment schedules
• Receive payment invoices from vendors or suppliers
• Issue Purchase Orders (PO)
• Expedite processes until delivery to user

About you

• Minimum S1 degree in Economics, Management, Telecommunications, or Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Submarine Cable, Telecommunication, and Vessel Procurement
• Good English language proficiency
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Able to work both in teams and independently
• Responsible, honest, with integrity and strong work commitment
