Procurement Staff

1.        Assist in outsourcing of potential suppliers and material supplies for parts localization.

2.        Helps in canvassing of supplies/materials for Engineering (Process and MES).

3.        Generates approved purchase orders in the absence of the main in-charge as requested by the Superior.

4.        Sending of purchase orders and other documents to concerned suppliers.

5.        Follow-up and checks the delivery of purchased materials and coordinate with the requesting section/s.

6.        Checks and updates all purchase order monitoring records for Engineering requirements.

7.        Filing and archiving of documents.
