Procurement Staff

• Handle procurement and purchasing processes based on company requirement
• Create and process Purchase Orders (PO) accurately and on time
• Source and evaluate suppliers/vendors to obtain competitive pricing and quality
• Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and payment terms with suppliers
• Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely arrival of goods
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding purchasing requirements and stock availability
• Maintain procurement documents and records properly
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock planning activities
• Resolve issues related to procurement, shipment delays, or supplier performance
• Prepare procurement reports and updates for management

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any major, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Chemical, Management, or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Procurement / Purchasing / Supply Chain
• Good understanding of procurement, purchasing, and vendor management processes
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Able to conduct price analysis and cost control
• Familiar with procurement administration and documentation processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work under targets
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good English skills will be an advantage
