Procurement Staff

As a Procurement Staff member, you will play a vital role in sourcing and acquiring the products and services necessary for our resort's operations. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that all procurement activities align with our sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, negotiate, and purchase goods and services in line with budgetary constraints.

Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Monitor inventory levels and forecast procurement needs.

Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and trends.

Ensure compliance with sustainability standards in procurement practices.

Assist in preparing reports and analysis on procurement activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Previous experience in procurement or supply chain management preferred.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software.

Passion for sustainability and eco-friendly practices.
