Procurement Supervisor

General Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Procurement/Purchasing Supervisor.
• Willing to be placed in Gempol, Pasuruan, East Java.

Skill Competencies :

• Strong analytical thinking skills.
• Good leadership skills.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Good English proficiency, both spoken and written.

Job Descriptions :

• Verify supplier data and conduct supplier selection.
• Verify specifications and coordinate with cross departments.
• Review and evaluate supplier performance.
• Identify new suppliers.
• Receive and review requests for goods and services.
• Request quotations, verify quotations, and prepare Purchase Orders (PO).
• Conduct the tender process.
