Procurement Supervisor

main job details

• Handle spare parts requests (Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil) as well as new project requests.
• Supervise the administration of short- and long-term contracts throughout their duration.
• Keep abreast of changes in international procurement trends.
• Serve as the lead negotiator for technical or professional services, which may involve extensive subcontracting.
• Maintain Procurement Division performance data, procurement documentation, and all other pertinent information.
• Collect official offers, assist in evaluating bids and supplier dependability, and meet with commercial representatives.

Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree from a reputable and recognized university is required (Engineering, Business Administration, Commercial , etc.)

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft office is a must. - SAP system experience is preferred. - Strong negotiation skills . - Strong communication skills. - Fluency in both written and spoken English.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in spare parts and projects for cement manufacturing plants.
