As a Procurement Supervisor, you will play a critical role in sourcing high-impact telecom and IT solutions while leading vendor engagement and driving efficient procurement operations.

What You’ll Do

Procurement Operations & Execution

• Lead end-to-end procurement activities: PR validation, sourcing, RFQ/RFP, evaluation, negotiation, PO issuance, and delivery tracking
• Ensure all procurement requests are complete, compliant, and aligned with technical requirements
• Review and validate both technical and commercial proposals prior to endorsement

Telco & Technical Procurement

• Manage procurement for key infrastructure requirements, including:

  • Core Network: routers, switches, IP/MPLS, DWDM, transmission systems, softswitch, SBC
  • IT Systems: servers, storage, cloud solutions, OSS/BSS, monitoring tools
  • Access Network: fiber cables, ODN, FDH, OLT/ONT, poles, access devices

• Ensure alignment of vendor proposals with engineering specifications and operational needs

Vendor Management & Strategic Sourcing

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors for telecom and IT solutions
• Lead RFQ/RFP activities and consolidate vendor responses
• Conduct technical and commercial clarifications with suppliers
• Support contract negotiations to achieve cost efficiency and service reliability
• Monitor vendor performance, delivery timelines, and SLA compliance

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Partner with Engineering (Core & Access), IT, Finance, and Legal teams
• Ensure procurement outputs meet project timelines and business requirements
• Act as the bridge between technical teams and external vendors

Compliance, Reporting & Governance

• Ensure adherence to internal controls, procurement policies, and audit requirements
• Maintain accurate documentation (RFQs, proposals, contracts, POs, invoices)
• Track procurement metrics including cost savings, cycle time, and vendor performance

Process Improvement & Leadership

• Identify opportunities to improve procurement workflows and vendor engagement
• Drive adoption of standardized sourcing and evaluation practices
• Supervise and guide procurement team members, ensuring quality output and efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Telecom, Electronics, IT), Supply Chain, or related field
• At least 4–6 years of procurement or sourcing experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory role
• Required: Experience in the telco industry (ISP, carrier, systems integrator, or vendor side)
• Strong background in technical procurement (network, telecom, or IT equipment/services)
• Solid understanding of network infrastructure and IT systems
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
