REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor’s Degree in all major
• High integrity and excellent in communication skill/ negotiation skill
• Minimum 3 years working experience procurement
• Familiar with import procurement & procedure
• Team work and deadline oriented with leadership ability
• English and mandarin would be advantage
• Able to set up & work with target and KPI

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support sustainable procurement procedures and policy

• Responsible for daily material and sparepart  purchase and service activities, include sourcing, negotiating, supplier selection, placing purchase order, obtaining order confirmation, delivery/ shipment monitoring, goods receipting and invoicing

• Responsible for end of month reporting including review and reconcile outstanding purchase orders

• Responsible for evaluating the supplier performance in the area of price, delivery and service and coordinate with user for quality

• Work co-operatively within a team / other divisions to provide quality support services.
