Procurement Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, and execute purchasing strategies for direct and indirect procurement.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and secure the best possible terms for pricing, quality, and delivery.
• Evaluate and select suppliers based on cost, quality, service, and reliability.
• Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and supplier performance.
• Coordinate with facilities management and commercial departments to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Implement and manage procurement policies and procedures.
• Conduct cost analysis and set appropriate benchmarks.
• Oversee the procurement budget and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate closely with the facilities management and commercial teams.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes and performance.
• Manage a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance, training, and development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 - 10 years of experience in procurement.
• Proven experience in sourcing vendors, contractors, and suppliers in the fields of facilities management and/or commercial property is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation skills and extensive experience in contract management.
• Strong leadership qualities combined with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Special consideration will be given to candidates with proven experience in carbon accounting or tracking across Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions (CFO Scope 1–3).
