Role Description :- The Procurement Supervisor oversees day-to-day purchasing activities to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials, packaging, and services required for manufacturing and operations. This on-site role, based in Cairo, Egypt, is responsible for managing purchase orders, monitoring supplier performance, and maintaining accurate procurement records. The Procurement Supervisor collaborates with internal stakeholders to define requirements, supports contract negotiations, and ensures compliance with company policies and quality standards. The role includes analyzing market trends and pricing, identifying potential suppliers, and contributing to continuous improvement in procurement processes and cost optimization. The individual also supports inventory management and works closely with finance and logistics to align procurement activities with production schedules and business objectives.

Qualifications:-

Strong procurement and purchasing skills, with experience managing end-to-end sourcing activities.

Hands-on experience with creating, processing, and reviewing purchase orders to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Proficient analytical skills to evaluate supplier performance, pricing, and market trends.

Demonstrated ability in contract negotiation and vendor relationship management.

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, or a related field.

Experience in FMCG, cosmetics, or manufacturing environments is highly beneficial.

Solid knowledge of ERP or procurement systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.

Proven organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken, is preferred.

Pay: From E£25,000.00 per month
