Procurement Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end procurement activities with local suppliers/vendors.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best quality, pricing, and delivery terms.
• Ensure procurement processes comply with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain accurate procurement records and reports.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business and operational needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement, with experience leading a team.
• Proven experience managing local suppliers/vendors.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement/ERP systems.
• Experience handling project procurement (e.g., renovation, fit-out, maintenance, or construction-related projects) is preferred.
