About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Supervisor to lead and supervise our procurement team, optimize supplier relationships, and ensure cost-effective purchasing across projects (including Saudi Aramco and non-Aramco). The ideal candidate will drive operational efficiency, negotiate favorable terms, and implement strategic procurement policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily procurement operations and team performance
• Manage supplier selection, evaluation, and re-evaluation processes
• Review and approve Material Requisition Packages (MRP) – 9-step process
• Negotiate pricing, delivery, payment terms, and quality with vendors
• Develop market feasibility for local & international suppliers
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and Aramco/non-Aramco requirements
• Represent procurement in client/consultant meetings
• Conduct supplier visits and quality inspections
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and track KPIs
• Maintain and update supplier database regularly

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: BS/Masters Degree in Civil Engineering is a MUST
• Experience: 8–12 years
