About the role
Supervise end-to-end procurement operations across WCG's diversified businesses, including sourcing, purchase orders, and vendor management.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise end-to-end procurement operations (sourcing, purchase orders, vendor management) across WCG's diversified businesses
- Evaluate suppliers and negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, budget guidelines, and audit requirements
- Monitor inventory/supply needs and coordinate with requesting departments accordingly
- Prepare procurement reports and cost-saving analyses
- Lead and develop team of procurement staff
About you
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- At least 3-5 years experience in procurement/purchasing, with 1-2 in a supervisory capacity
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills
- Experience in conglomerate setting is an advantage
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
