We are looking for an Accounting Manager to help strengthen the accounting standard in a fast-growing startup. You will work closely with the management team to set up and improve accounting policies and procedures to enhance our accounting function and align with business direction.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute end-to-end procurement activities for indirect products and services covering operational and back-end consumables, packaging, equipment, and services
• Analyze purchasing and pricing trends, leading price bidding and tender processes to achieve optimal cost
• Identify gaps and improve procurement process and internal control
• Validate purchase requests and address noncompliance or deviations from procurement standards
• Collaborate with business units and operational teams to assess requirements, source vendors, and manage procurement for project needs, including engineering projects
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable to guarantee accurate and timely supplier payments
• Build and maintain strong vendor partnerships, negotiating agreements that align with organizational objectives
