Procurement Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or any related field.
• At least 2–3 years of supervisory experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Sourcing, or Supply Chain Operations.
• Proven experience handling the end-to-end procurement process, including vendor sourcing, supplier accreditation, RFQs, bid comparison, purchase order preparation, delivery monitoring, and supplier evaluation.
• Strong knowledge of procurement strategies, supplier negotiations, contract management, vendor performance monitoring, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Experience coordinating with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services.
• Familiarity with inventory planning, replenishment schedules, procurement lead times, and purchasing documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Experience using ERP systems, procurement software, or inventory management systems is an advantage.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise, coach, and develop a procurement team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of making sound business decisions.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work onsite at 130-A 6th St., 7th Ave., East Grace Park, Caloocan City.
• Can start ASAP or within a short notice period.
