Procurement Supervisor

• Supervise daily procurement activities, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, sourcing, and supplier coordination.
• Assist in managing supplier relationships and support negotiations on pricing, terms, and service agreements.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and concerned departments to ensure timely replenishment of stocks and materials.
• Ensure compliance with approved procurement policies, procedures, and company standards.
• Review procurement transactions and documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper authorization.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and service quality, and address issues as necessary.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness.
• Prepare procurement reports, supplier evaluations, and purchasing analyses for management review.
• Supervise, train, and provide guidance to procurement staff to ensure productivity and performance standards are achieved.
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements and ensure timely procurement support.
• Assist in managing supplier risks and resolving procurement-related concerns to avoid disruptions in operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical sourcing standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Industrial Engineering, or any related field.
• With 3–5 years of relevant procurement or supply chain experience; having at least 1–2 years in a supervisory.
• Strong knowledge of purchasing processes, supplier management, inventory control, and procurement best practices.
• Experience in vendor sourcing, supplier evaluation, and contract administration.
• Proficient in procurement systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise, coach, and motivate a team.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a strong sense of accountability and integrity.
