Procurement Supervisor-採購主管（餐飲食材供應）

Key Responsibilities:

• Source food ingredients , negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers
• Maintain quality related documentation system
• Evaluate and monitor supplier’s performance to ensure quality and safety standards to be reached
• Conduct supplier audit
• Handle complaints from stakeholders and follow up the corrective actions and improvements
• Ensure suppliers and materials in compliance with company’s requirements
• Report to Purchasing Manager
• Any ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Purchasing, Food Science, Supply Chain Management or equivalent

• At least 3 years relevant experience in food ingredients, food packaging or related industry. Candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Purchasing Officer.

• Have experience in sourcing and negotiating with suppliers

• Familiar with ISO, HACCP, BRC, FSSC system is definitely an advantage

• Well organized with good communication, analytical skills and interpersonal skill

• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)

• Proficiency in MS office application (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Power BI, Chinese word processing and ERP
