Are you a student looking for your first office experience? Join our Procurement team and support us with a supplier registration project. You will mainly contact suppliers, update information and help us keep track of the registration process.

Your CV must be in ENGLISH. Duties

• Contacting suppliers by email
• Sending invitations to register in the Engage system
• Following up with suppliers if needed
• Updating the supplier list and registration status
• Supporting the Procurement team with simple administrative tasks

Required Skills

• We are looking for a part-time student who is available to work from Monday to Friday
• Minimum B2 level of English and Polish (both written and spoken)
• Basic knowledge of Excel
• Good organization and attention to detail
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

What we offer

• Contract of mandate (umowa zlecenie) for approximately 6 months
• Flexible working hours (you can start from 7:00 to 9:00 am)
