Procurement Team Coordinator (German-speaking)

Our leading IT provider partner company is looking for candidates for German-speaking Procurement Team Coordinator position in Budapest with hybrid working setup.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate and support P2P Administration team of 4-5 employees
• Monitor KPIs, manage workload distribution and prepare reports
• Ensure the accuracy of purchasing requests and POs
• Oversee procurement operations , including invoice-related queries, reconciliation activities and handle escalations
• Act as key contact with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Fluency in German and English
• 2 years’ experience in P2P, procurement operations role
• 2 years’ experience in people management
• Experience with Ariba
• People-focused mindset and excellent communication skills
