Salary Budget: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Procurement Trainee to assist with purchasing activities, vendor coordination, material sourcing, and timely procurement of required materials. The candidate should be willing to travel to local markets, suppliers, and vendors as needed.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify and coordinate with vendors and suppliers for required materials.
• Visit local markets and suppliers to source products and compare prices.
• Collect quotations and assist in price negotiations.
• Ensure the timely procurement and delivery of materials.
• Maintain purchase records, bills, quotations, and vendor details.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand material requirements.
• Follow up with vendors regarding orders, quality, and delivery schedules.
• Assist in maintaining purchase reports and documentation.
• Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
• Travel to different locations for procurement-related work as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate or undergraduate candidates with an interest in procurement and purchasing.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors and manage follow-ups.
• Must have a personal vehicle and a valid driving licence.
• Willingness to travel locally for procurement activities.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000, depending on skills and experience.
• Travel Allowance: Additional TA will be provided for official procurement-related travel.
