Job Description:

• Handle procurement of mechanical spare parts, maintenance materials, consumables, and engineering items.
• Obtain and analyze vendor quotations and prepare Comparative Statements (CS).
• Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and commercial terms.
• Generate Purchase Orders (POs) through ERP and follow up for timely delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors, Maintenance, Stores, Finance, and Accounts.
• Support vendor development, alternate sourcing, and cost reduction activities.
• Monitor inventory requirements and ensure availability of critical maintenance spares.
• Maintain procurement documentation, MIS, and purchase records.
