Procurment & Project Coordinator

Noon Design Studio is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement & Project Coordinator to support our growing portfolio of luxury interior design projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Issue RFQs to suppliers and collect quotations.
• Compare specifications, pricing, lead times and commercial terms between different quotes.
• Collate and prepare quotation comparison sheets for management sign off and approval.
• Maintain material logs per project and a digital database of materials with pricing.
• Coordinate delivery schedules, arrange points of contact and manage supplier communications.
• Assist project teams with procurement coordination.
• Follow up on client accounts to ensure fees are collected.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• 7+ years of experience in procurement, project coordination or purchasing.
• Experience within luxury interior design, architecture, fit-out, construction or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of quotations, specifications, pricing and supplier management.
• Excellent Excel and reporting skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• UAE experience is preferred.
