Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with fresh produce, ensuring items are organized, properly labeled, and visually appealing
• Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular stock checks and inventory control procedures
• Assist customers with product questions, provide knowledgeable recommendations, and ensure a positive shopping experience
• Perform routine cleaning, packaging, and merchandising tasks to uphold store standards and product quality
• Support shipping & receiving processes by loading and unloading deliveries efficiently while adhering to safe lifting practices
• Operate equipment safely, including manual handling tools and material handling equipment, following all safety protocols

Skills

• Experience with inventory management, or retail store environments is highly desirable
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking and merchandising tasks
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks efficiently
• Basic math skills for inventory counting and transaction processing
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly attitude and teamwork spirit
• Knowledge of grocery store or retail sales practices enhances your ability to succeed in this role
