About the role

Create and produce short-form video content primarily for TikTok, as well as Instagram Reels and other social platforms. You will develop content ideas, concepts, hooks, scripts, and storylines based on brand objectives and current social trends, turning trends, internet culture, and audience insights into fresh and engaging content. You will handle the full production process from pre-production, shooting, directing, and editing to final delivery, working closely with creative, account, KOC/creator, and client teams to bring content ideas to life.

Key responsibilities

• Create and produce short-form video content primarily for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms
• Develop content ideas, concepts, hooks, scripts, and storylines based on brand objectives and current social trends
• Turn trends, internet culture, and audience insights into fresh and engaging content
• Handle the full production process from pre-production, shooting, directing, and editing to final delivery
• Work closely with creative, account, KOC/creator, and client teams to bring content ideas to life
• Create content that feels native to TikTok, not like traditional advertising
• Stay up to date with TikTok trends, formats, sounds, creators, memes, and emerging content styles
• Review content performance and use data and audience insights to improve future content
• Manage multiple projects and deliver content within deadlines

About you

• 1–3 years of experience in Short-form Video, Content Production, TikTok, Social Media, or Creative Production
• Strong understanding of TikTok culture, trends, formats, and audience behavior
• Great storytelling and creative thinking skills
• Able to create strong hooks and concepts that capture attention within the first few seconds
• Experience with video shooting and editing
• Familiar with editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
• Able to work independently from idea development through execution
• Fast-moving, proactive, and comfortable working in a trend-driven environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
