About the Role
We are looking for a creative and highly organized Producer to join our team. You will be responsible for turning creative ideas into real productions, managing the production process from planning to final delivery, while ensuring quality, budget, and timeline are on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end production from Pre-production, Production to Post-production
• Translate creative concepts and briefs into practical production plans
• Coordinate with Directors, Production Houses, Photographers, Freelancers, Suppliers, and other production partners
• Prepare production schedules, budgets, quotations, call sheets, and related documents
• Manage production costs and ensure projects stay within budget
• Coordinate production details including location, casting, crew, props, equipment, styling, and other requirements
• Oversee shooting days and manage on-site production operations
• Coordinate post-production including editing, VFX, motion graphics, sound, color grading, and final delivery
• Monitor production quality and ensure the final output meets the creative brief and client requirements
• Solve production issues and manage unexpected situations effectively
• Ensure all production milestones and deliverables are completed on time

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Producer / Production / Content Production in an advertising agency, production house, media, or related industry
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end production process
• Experience managing production budgets and external production partners
• Good communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing requirements
• Good understanding of digital content, social media, and advertising production is a plus
• Portfolio or examples of previous production work are highly preferred
• Good command of English is a plus
