Gray Zone Warfare has been under development in our bustling offices for more than three years. This new game is an immersive tactical FPS with a maximum focus on realism, immersive gameplay, and stunning graphics powered by Unreal Engine 5 . As a Producer , you will play a key role in bringing our games to life by driving development forward, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring features are delivered on time and to the highest standards. Most importantly, you care about the player experience , enjoy helping teams succeed , and are motivated to continuously improve the way we make games.

This is an on-site position in Brno, Czech Republic.

WHAT IS YOUR MISSION?

• Drive game development forward: Oversee the development of game features, manage schedules, and keep the feature roadmap on track.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams: Work closely with Leads and the Production team to plan and deliver features, align priorities, and balance team workloads.
• Keep everyone aligned: Organize and lead cross-team stand-ups, meetings, reviews, and post-mortems to ensure clear communication and effective collaboration.
• Ensure successful delivery: Monitor project progress and help teams meet deadlines while maintaining high quality and balancing time, scope, and budget constraints.
• Identify and resolve challenges: Proactively spot potential risks, remove blockers, clarify responsibilities, and ensure issues are addressed before they affect development.
• Improve production processes: Continuously look for ways to streamline workflows, improve development efficiency, and introduce better production practices and tools.
• Take ownership: Be accountable for your projects and tasks, communicate progress and uncertainties transparently, and actively contribute to the success of the Production team.
• Help our teams grow: Foster a collaborative, positive, and healthy working environment while contributing to the culture of Madfinger Games.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Production experience: Previous experience in a Producer or similar project management role, ideally within the gaming industry.
• Knowledge of game development: A solid understanding of game development processes and the challenges of delivering complex features across multiple disciplines.
• Agile mindset: Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and the ability to apply them effectively in day-to-day development.
• Excellent organizational skills: The ability to manage multiple workstreams, coordinate dependencies, prioritize tasks, and keep projects moving forward.
• Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Problem-solving attitude: A proactive approach to identifying risks, removing blockers, and finding practical solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability and accountability: The ability to learn quickly, take ownership, work independently, and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
• Tools proficiency: Good knowledge of Google Workspace, Jira, and other Atlassian tools.
• Collaborative mindset: An approachable attitude, openness to feedback, and a genuine interest in continuous improvement and teamwork.

PRACTICALITIES:

You must be eligible to work in the EU (we can’t offer visa sponsorship) and be based in Brno or willing to relocate; we provide relocation support.
