Responsibilities

• Partner with external game development studios to evaluate and improve game experiences across multiple titles.
• Use player data, research, and insights to guide game design recommendations and product decisions, particularly for onboarding and early player experiences.
• Collaborate with internal teams and developers to translate findings into actionable recommendations and quality improvements.
• Manage multiple games and updates across development, launch, and ongoing optimization while maintaining clear priorities and operational oversight.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships, resolve ambiguity, identify risks, and proactively drive solutions through release.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management, game design, or a related role within mobile gaming.
• Proven ability to use data to inform game design and product decisions, with a strong understanding of mobile player experience.
• Deep knowledge of the game development lifecycle, including launching and maintaining mobile games.
• Experience working directly with external game developers or studios and collaborating across creative, technical, and business teams.
• Excellent communication, organization, relationship-building, and project management skills, including proficiency with tools such as Excel, Airtable, or presentation software.
